    Our 20 years in the moving industry has given us the knowledge and the understanding of what makes a customer satisfied.  Not only do we try our best to meet that criterion, we also hope to continue to expand on what we learn, to provide our customers with the best possible move that we can offer.  Our 35 ft. custom moving vans seen here have doors that can be accessed from all sides and a full 8 ft. attic for the placement of items that need to be separated from the rest of the load.  We also carry two loading ramps on each truck;  this enables us to load the truck and to eliminate the stairs leading up to your home at the same time.

Home, Office or Apartment
Our experience, diverse as it is, makes us a fair choice however big or small your needs may be.  If your needs are small, we will accommodate you as we have done to other customers in the past.  By either scheduling your move in the A.M. prior to a larger job, or by setting up a day with several small moves, rest assured your needs will be met.  Whatever your special circumstances may be, we can help you in your relocation.  We have moved some of those most intricate artworks, antiques and pianos that some estates may have.  Our experience takes us from small apartments to some of the grandest estates filled with irreplaceable artwork.

Full Service Packing and Crating
We provide full service packing and unpacking to accommodate those people who would like to entrust their belongings with a professional or perhaps to relieve the task altogether.  We also provide crating of artwork, pictures, statues and a list of other items that need special attention at a reasonable cost.  Moving can be a very stressful event and this service through our experience helps our customers relax a little more during this time.

Boxes, Tape and Packing Materials
We offer a full supply of materials for the “do it yourself” kind of people.  We carry a variety of boxes, tape and packing materials that are standard in the moving industry.  For a complete list of available materials and pricing please contact our office.  If you should decide to use CHEROKEE Van Lines in your relocation, we will provide free delivery of any materials that you purchase from us to aid you in packing your belongings (there may be a $50.00 minimum purchase required depending on our delivery schedule).  Click here for pricing.

Free Wardrobe Rental
Wardrobe boxes are great when it comes to moving all the clothes on hangers.  We offer the free usage of as many wardrobes on the day of your move as you might need.  Each box will hold approximately 2 ft. of hanging space.  To get the right number of wardrobe boxes use a tape rule and measure the amount of hanging clothes in each closet in the home; don’t forget to add any clothes that might be stored elsewhere in the home.  Then call us and let us know how many feet you have and we will make sure that you get the right number of wardrobe boxes on the day of your move.

Shrink Wrap for Light Fabrics
Shrink-wrap is just like it sounds.  It is a very large roll, big enough to wrap furniture.  We will shrink-wrap any furniture you like for a small fee per article.  Shrink-wrap is generally used to protect light colored fabrics that may soil from just being carried (i.e. whites).  For pricing, contact our office.
*Note:  Shrink-wrap is not a standard material on our trucks, so it is important to let the office know if you are interested, prior to the day of your move.

Premium Pads to Cover Furniture
In the industry, a multicolor pad on both sides offers the driver no knowledge of what side is the inside or outside of the pad.  We use a solid color pad, to let us know the inside from the outside.  This will ensure that soils or mars will not occur from using the side of a pad that may have covered a BBQ grill, prior to its use on a sofa or other fabric.  For more info on pads, click here.

Senior Citizen and Handicap Discounts
We offer a 5% discount off MOVING LABOR and PACKING LABOR to all seniors and handicap customers.
